Filtran's engineering team combines strong experience and knowledge in electrical, mechanical and manufacturing process design in a wide range of products - filters, transformers, inductors, other magnetic assemblies and power supplies.
Our engineering lab is well-equipped with environmental test equipment, such as a thermal shock chamber, temperature chambers, and a humidity chamber, as well as with state-of-the-art test equipment for magnetic components and power supplies, all of which allow Filtran to thoroughly test new products and qualify them to customer specifications.
Filtran's strength is in custom products designed to specific customer needs. Our engineering group is always ready to handle challenging design problems which make good use of our in-depth knowledge of the latest advances in magnetics design, materials, and end applications. In addition, the engineering team works closely with the production team to develop new manufacturing processes and improve current ones at both our facilities to reduce delivery times, reduce costs and constantly improve quality.
